SHORT DEVOTIONALS
Satan is cunning and He keeps God's children busy allowing
them little or no time to meditate on God' Word. As children
of God it is imperative that we get over this temptation and
take some time every day to meditate on the Word of God, so
that we might not fall in to temptations and backslide. By
meditating the Word of God and following His commandments we
not only receive his blessings, but we also get courage to
deal with many problems in our day-to-day life. By
meditating on the Word of God we rise above the Satan's
accusations which point out our past sins. Because we are
cleansed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ, who died for
our sake, buried and rose from the third day, and ascended
in to heaven, God sees our heart clear as crystal and does
not find sin in us. Jesus Christ's blood has washed us from
our sins and though our hearts were like crimson, they are
made as while as wool.
It is my desire that you read the Bible and meditate on
the Word of God every day.
Just a little thought on Ch 21:1 - "And Satan stood up
against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel".
All the time when David depended on God he won the
battles, but this time Satan prevailed against him when he
tempted David to number Israel. When he did that God's anger
was kindled against David, and he had to pay a great
penalty.
1 Chronicles 21:7 And God was displeased with this thing;
therefore he smote Israel.
Dear Friends,
Satan knows our weakness and it strikes very cunningly at
that point. Let us be very careful in this respct.
Salvation is available freely for all who believe in
Jesus Christ, and confess his/her sins to Him, and
accept Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior and also
acknowledge Him as his/her Lord.
Dear Friend,
Today is the day of salvation. Please confess your sins
to Jesus Christ and be blessed. Receive Salvation and
eternal life. Jesus is the Way, the truth, and the
life.
