Messiah literally means the expected king and deliverer of the Jews. JESUS is the Messiah. Jews do not believe that Jesus is the Messiah.

THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH, as He was called, Jesus is the Messiah. Jews are still waiting for Messaih, while, actually Messiah, has already come and died for the sins of one and all. Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. Now He is is pleading with the Father in heaven, on behalf of us. He is the Mediator.

Look at the concern Apostle Paul expressed in Romans Chapter 10:1-4
1 Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved.
2 For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge.
3 Since they did not know the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness.
4 Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.

Romans Chapter 11:1-7
1 I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin.
2 God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don't you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah--how he appealed to God against Israel:
3 "Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me"?
4And what was God's answer to him? "I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal."
5 So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.
6 And if by grace, then it is no longer by works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.
7What then? What Israel sought so earnestly it did not obtain, but the elect did. The others were hardened..."

The Jews sought after justification and righteousnes by the works after the law, but they could not find it. Their sins, ignorance, obstinacy and prejudice left them groping in darkness. Their eyes are blinded and they are given over to Satan, the god of this world. Those who believed in Jesus Christ's crucifixion had obtained salvation by faith in Him.

If Jews delay in accepting Jesus Christ as the Savior, they will be like the Israelites who could not reach the Promised land, Canaan, during the time of Moses.

Waiting for Messiah, is of no use. Messiah, has already come and is now with God the Father. Repent! The Kingdom of God is at hand. If you delay further, you may not have chance to repent. Jesus will come for the second time to rule as the King of kings. You can not repent of your sins at that time. You will only be heading for judgement and punishment.

My prayer is that Israel, as a Nation, should accept Jesus Christ, as the Savior of the World, so that we may not still linger around this sinful world with troubles and trials, sickness and so on.

"What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father's glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what he has done." Matthew 16:26,27

Revelation 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. 21The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen.
