John the Baptist called Jesus as the "Lamb of God".
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! John 1:29
When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, "Look, the Lamb of God!" John 1:36
Jesus Christ, who is descendant of the Tribe of Judah, is also called Lion. Consider Jesus Christ’s kingly power, strength, stoutness, courage, and mildness, and clemency, nobleness of spirit, to them that submit and yield unto him, and in respect of his vigilance and watchfulness over His church. These are all the known properties of Lion. Lion is the king in animal kingdom; so is Christ King of kings, the God of gods, and Lord of lords, the only sovereign God, whose dominion endures for ever and ever...
Every king ruled for some time and got defeated or faced ignomony or died of sickness. Jesus is only the eternal King.

Matthew Chapter 1
Jesus Christ, the Messiah, belonged to the Tribe of Judah, and King's David's lineage. He is the King of kings. He is the SON OF GOD. He defeated Satan. He reigns for ever. His name endures for ever. He is ETERNAL.
Jews are stil waiting for Messaih, while, actually Messiah, has already come and died for the sins of one and all. Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. Now He is is pleading with the Father in heaven, on behalf of us. He is the Mediator.
Waiting for Messiah, is of no use. Messiah, has already come and will now come again for the second time.
If Jews delay in accepting Jesus Christ as the Savior, they will be like the Israelites who could not reach the Promised land, Canaan, during the time of Moses.
My prayer is that Israel, as a Nation, should accept Jesus Christ, as the Savior of the World, so that we may not still linger around this sinful world with troubles and trials, sickness and so on. What if one gains whole world and loses his own soul.
Romans 10:9-12
9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."
12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile -- the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Revelation 22
20 He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon."
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.
